Comcast Technology Center


This is the tallest skyscraper in Philadelphia. We did the Power System Studies for the initial construction of this building, followed by various tenant fit-outs. In 2023, we did a 5-year update to the Arc Flash Analysis.

Microsoft

Over the years we have continued to work on a variety of Microsoft buildings such as the Redmond campus in Washington State.

Mayo Clinic

We are the preferred study provider for Mayo. We do studies on new and existing facilities as well as updates to previous studies on the Mayo clinic campus in Rochester Minnesota and outlying areas.

UW River Falls

UW River Falls is an example of a University that we have done studies for. We do Studies for private and public elementary, middle and high schools as well as colleges and universities.

Water Treatment Facilities 

We provide studies for water treatment facilities. 

LGA - LaGuardia Airport 

LaGuardia is an example of  one of the largest transportation facilities we have done studies for.

Our History

  • 1981 - Coordinated Power Systems, Inc (CPSI) was started by Jan Raz. Jan had eight years of experience in the electrical industry working for General Electric Company. He provided technical support for sales engineers, consulting engineers and customers in the application of General Electric products.

 

  • 1991 - Robert Stockinger, PE, joins the company after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee.

  • 2004 - Peter Van Heesch, PE, joins the company after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering  degree from University of WI, Milwaukee.

​

  • 2008 - Richard Ehlert, joins the company after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from MSOE, Milwaukee.

​

  • 2013 – Christopher Smith, PE, joins the company after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering degree with a specialty in Electrical Systems  from MSOE, Milwaukee.

​

  • 2017 - Jan Raz retires and sells his interest in the company to Robert Stockinger. Robert is the sole owner, and principal engineer.

​

  • 2018 – Pam Paulson joins the company as the Business Manager.

​

  • 2019 – Timothy Sobie joins the company after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from MSOE, Milwaukee. Tim also received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from IL State.

​

  • 2020 –  Alexandria Niemczyk and Michael Nischke join the company as Assistant Project Managers.

​

  • 2021 – Jair Carranza join the company as Assistant Project Managers.

​

  • 2022 – Rose Niemczyk joins the company as a Project Coordinator.

​

  • 2022 – Benjamin Bazan joins the company with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software as an Assistant Project Manager.

​

 

In addition to over 80 years of combined experience in performing studies, our staff stays current by attending courses and conferences on power system analysis, offered by SKM, NFPA, Universities, and other sources.
